These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Carer2U platform (“Carer2U”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, mobile services, and booking system.
By creating an account as a carer or a client, otherwise know as care mates, by using the platform, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use Carer2U.

Terms Elaborated:
1. Nature of the Platform
Carer2U is a care‑services marketplace that connects users (“Clients”) with independent carers (“Carers”).
Carer2U does not employ carers and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance.
Carers operate as independent service providers.
2. Eligibility
To use Carer2U, you must:
- Be at least 18 years oldand 21 years old for he USA and similar countries
- Provide accurate information
- Not have been previously banned from the platform
- Not use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
Carer2U may refuse service to anyone at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
Users and carers must:
- Keep login details secure
- Provide truthful information
- Not impersonate others
- Not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Booking & Payment Rules
- All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Carers must not accept cash or off‑platform payments.
- Clients/care mates must not attempt to negotiate or bypass platform fees.
- Carer2U may cancel unpaid or suspicious bookings without notice.
Any attempt to avoid platform payments may result in immediate account termination.
5. Strict No Off‑Platform Payments
All payments must be made exclusively through Carer2U.
Off‑platform payments:
- Void all protections
- Void refunds
- Void dispute support
- May result in permanent account removal
Carer2U reserves the right to withhold funds or suspend accounts involved in off‑platform transactions.
6. Cancellation, Refund & No‑Show Rules
Carer2U operates a strict refund and cancellation policy.
By booking, you agree that:
- Late cancellations may be non‑refundable
- No‑shows are charged at 100%
- Platform fees and processing fees are always non‑refundable
- Refunds are only issued in verified, exceptional circumstances

7. Carer Responsibilities
Carers must:
- Provide accurate qualifications and identity documents
- Deliver services professionally and safely
- Attend bookings on time
- Communicate through the platform
- Not engage in misconduct, harassment, or unsafe behaviour
- Not attempt to take clients off the platform
Carer2U may suspend or remove carers who breach standards.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate care needs
- Treat carers respectfully
- Not misuse the platform
- Not make false claims or fraudulent refund requests
- Not harass or endanger carers
Carer2U may suspend or remove clients who behave inappropriately.
9. Payouts to Carers
Carers are paid only after:
- The service is completed
- No dispute is active
- Verification checks are passed
Carer2U may delay or withhold payouts if fraud, misconduct, or policy violations are suspected.
10. Disputes & Investigations
Carer2U may:
- Request evidence
- Freeze funds
- Suspend accounts
- Make final decisions on disputes
Carer2U’s decision is final.
11. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting Carer2U first is a violation of these Terms.
We will dispute any unjustified chargeback using:
- Logs
- Messages
- Booking records
- Policy acceptance records
Users who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Users and carers must not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Provide false information
- Engage in fraud or deception
- Circumvent platform fees
- Create multiple accounts
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
13. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must be:
- Honest
- Fair
- Based on actual experiences
Fake, malicious, or retaliatory reviews may be removed.
14. Platform Rights
Carer2U may:
- Modify or discontinue services
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Withhold funds during investigations
- Update policies at any time
- Remove content that violates rules
Carer2U is not liable for:
- Carer performance
- Client behaviour
- Losses caused by misuse of the platform
- Third‑party payment delays
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Carer2U is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform
- Carer2U is not responsible for carer actions or omissions
- Carer2U does not guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes
Users and carers use the platform at their own risk.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Carer2U and her parent company(HRD International Limited) harmless from:
- Claims
- Losses
- Damages
- Legal fees
- Disputes
- Chargebacks
- Misconduct by you or your account
This applies to both users and carers.
17. Termination
Carer2U may suspend or terminate any account at any time for:
- Policy violations
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Off‑platform payments
- Unsafe behaviour
- Excessive cancellations
- Chargeback abuse
Terminated users may not create new accounts.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes must be resolved through UK jurisdiction and mediation.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By using Carer2U, you confirm that you:
- Have read these Terms
- Understand them
- Agree to be bound by them
If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.
20. Disclaimers; Limitations; Waivers; Indemnification
20.1 No Warranty
The information and materials contained on the Site, including text, graphics, information, links or other items are provided “as is,” “as available.” Further, opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Services, but not directly by Carer2u.com, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. CARER2U.COM DOES NOT: (1) WARRANT THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS INFORMATION AND MATERIALS; (2) ADOPT, ENDORSE OR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN CARER2U.COM; (3) WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, FREE FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES, UNINTERRUPTED, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE OR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (4) GIVE ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. IN ADDITION, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, CARER2U.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REGARDING THE SUITABILITY OF ANY USER OF OUR SITE TO PROVIDE SERVICES AS A CARE PROVIDER OR TO EMPLOY THE SERVICES OF A CARE PROVIDER.
WITH RESPECT TO CORPORATE CARE SEEKERS, THE INFORMATION AND MATERIAL CONTAINED ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR INTERNAL USE ONLY AND MAY NOT BE COPIED OR REDISTRIBUTED FOR ANY REASON. THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE INFORMATION IS THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE CORPORATE CARE SEEKER, CARER2U.COM OR ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS. IN NO EVENT WILL CARER2U.COM OR ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY WITH REGARD TO SUCH INFORMATION. YOUR USE OF THE INFORMATION MUST IN ALL CASES COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
FURTHERMORE, AI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI MAY OCCASIONALLY PROVIDE RESPONSES, INFORMATION, OR SUMMARIES THAT ARE INAPPROPRIATE, BIASED, OFFENSIVE, OR OTHERWISE INACCURATE, AND CARER2U.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM AI OUTPUTS.
20.2 Assumption of Risk
While Carer2u.com takes certain steps to help promote the safety of our Site and Services, finding care or care-related jobs via an online platform like ours comes with certain inherent risks. We do not provide any training, supervision, or monitoring of Care Seekers or Care Providers, and we cannot guarantee that all of your interactions with other Registered Users, site visitors, their families, or others associated with them, will always be 100% safe and respectful.
You agree to assume all risks when using the Site and the Services, including but not limited to injury, illness, death, and all other risks associated with any online or offline interactions with users of the Site or the Services. You also agree not to rely solely on steps Carer2u.com may take to vet or screen Care Providers or Care Seekers and/or their Content, or otherwise to promote the safety of the Site and Services. You further agree to take all necessary precautions, including but not limited to reviewing the recommendations set forth in Carer2u.com’s Safety Center , when interacting with other site visitors, Registered Users, their families, and others associated with them.
20.3 Limitation of Liability
Incidental Damages and Aggregate Liability. In no event will Carer2u.com be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Site or Services, including without limitation damages related to any information received from the Site or Services, removal of content from the Site, including profile information, any email distributed to any user or any linked web site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any termination of your subscription or ability to access the Site or Services, failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Carer2u.com, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CARER2U.COM’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IN ANY FORM OF ACTION WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE SITE, EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR ACCOUNT, OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID CARER2U.COM FOR THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES, THE AMOUNT OF $15.00.
No Liability for non-Carer2u.com Actions. IN NO EVENT WILL CARER2U.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES OR ANY AGREEMENT OR RELATIONSHIP FORMED USING THE SITE OR SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANYONE’S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE SITE, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR BY ANY USERS OR ANY OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER REGISTERED USERS OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. THIS INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE CONDUCT OF USERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED UNDER FALSE PRETENSES OR WHO ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OR HARM YOU.
In addition to the preceding paragraphs of this section and other provisions of these Terms, any advice that may be posted on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace or substitute for any professional financial, medical, legal, or other advice. Carer2u.com makes no representations or warranties and expressly disclaims any and all liability concerning any treatment, action by, or effect on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Site. If you have specific concerns or a situation arises in which you require professional or medical advice, you should consult with an appropriately trained and qualified specialist.
20.4 Indemnification
By agreeing to these Terms, users of the Site and Services agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Carer2u.com and its Affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses or demands of liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by Carer2u.com and its Affiliates in connection with any claim by a third party (including an intellectual property claim) arising out of (i) materials and content you submit, post or transmit through the Site, (ii) use of the Site or Services by you in violation of these Terms of Use or in violation of any applicable law, or (iii) any relationship or agreement formed with a Care Seeker or Care Provider using the Site or Services. Users further agree that they will cooperate as reasonably required in the defence of such claims. Carer2u.com and its Affiliates reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by users, and users shall not, in any event, settle any claim or matter without the written consent of Carer2u.com. Users further agree to hold harmless Carer2u.com and its Affiliates from any claim arising from a third party’s use of information or materials of any kind that users post to the Site.
21. Copyright Notices/Complaints
It is Carer2u.com’s policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe any materials accessible on or from our Site infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access thereto) from the Site by contacting Carer2u.com’s copyright agent (identified below) and providing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe to be infringed. Please describe the work, and where possible include a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work.
- Identification of the material that you believe to be infringing and its location. Please describe the material and provide us with its URL or any other pertinent information that will allow us to locate the material.

The following may result in account suspension:

CARER AGREEMENT / CONTRACT & TERMS
Carer2U – Independent Carer Agreement

This Carer Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Carer2U (“the Platform”) and you (“the Carer”). By registering, accepting bookings, or providing services through Carer2U, you agree to the terms below.
1. Independent Contractor Status
- You are not an employee, agent, or representative of Carer2U.
- You operate as an independent service provider.
- You are solely responsible for your taxes, insurance, licences, and legal compliance.
2. Accuracy of Information
You agree to:
- Provide truthful identity documents
- Provide accurate qualifications and certifications
- Update your profile when details change
- Not misrepresent your skills or experience
Providing false information may result in immediate removal.
3. Service Standards
You agree to:
- Deliver care safely, professionally, and respectfully
- Attend all bookings on time
- Communicate through the platform
- Maintain confidentiality
- Follow all Carer2U policies
Failure to meet standards may result in suspension or termination.
4. No Off‑Platform Payments
You must not:
- Accept cash
- Accept bank transfers
- Arrange private bookings
- Encourage clients to bypass the platform
Doing so may result in:
- Permanent account removal
- Withheld payouts
- Legal recovery of losses
5. Cancellations & No‑Shows
- Repeated cancellations or no‑shows may lead to penalties
- Carer2U may deduct fees or suspend your account
- You must notify clients promptly through the platform
6. Payouts
- Payouts are issued only after service completion
- Carer2U may delay payouts for disputes, fraud checks, or policy violations
- Incorrect payout details are your responsibility
7. Conduct & Behaviour
You must not:
- Harass clients
- Engage in unsafe behaviour
- Use abusive language
- Arrive intoxicated or unfit for duty
- Breach confidentiality
8. Disputes
Carer2U may:
- Request evidence
- Freeze payouts
- Make final decisions
9. Termination
Carer2U may terminate your account immediately for:
- Fraud
- Misconduct
- Off‑platform payments
- Unsafe behaviour
- Repeated cancellations
10. Acceptance
By using Carer2U, you confirm acceptance of this Agreement.
